Renewable energy solutions for a sustainable tomorrow
Whether you are commissioning a new plant, chasing a recurring inverter trip, or need a second opinion on a grid compliance query, the quickest way to reach us is through the channels below. We log every enquiry and route it to the engineer who handles that type of work.

Workshop visits are by appointment only. If you are dropping off a faulty DC switch or inverter board, call ahead so we can log it in.
For urgent plant shutdowns or safety-related issues, call rather than email. We keep a field engineer on standby during working hours.
Attach inverter logs, string voltage readings, or photos of the fault display. It cuts down the back-and-forth considerably.
A little context saves a full round of questions. Tell us the plant size, inverter make and model, and the fault code or compliance step you are stuck on. If it is a performance issue, include the string configuration and any recent soiling or weather events. For municipal paperwork, mention the district municipality so we can point you to the right submission template.
Tell us about the plant you are commissioning, troubleshooting, or planning to expand. We work with facility managers, EPC contractors, and O&M teams across South Africa on inverter faults, string sizing, grid compliance, and performance logging.
Give us the basics about your installation. The more context you add, the more useful our first response will be.
Our base is in the Eastern Cape, and most of our work happens on site across the province and into the Karoo. If you need to drop off paperwork, collect a test certificate, or talk through a fault log in person, the office is open during normal working hours.

The building is behind the municipal substation on the main road. Look for the grey gate with the orange safety stripe; the yard has a small parking area for visitors.
If you are coming from the N2, take the Lake Leratoton off-ramp and follow the signs towards the industrial area. The office is roughly 15 minutes from the highway. There is no dedicated shuttle, but the local taxi route stops at the corner of Unathi Grove.
Call between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. If we are on site, leave a message and we will call back the same day.
For fault reports, include the inverter model and fault code if you have it. For paperwork, attach the municipal reference number.
If you are not sure what to bring, email first. We can usually tell you what we need to look at before you make the trip.
